I support nonprofit leaders and fellow consultants by providing behind-the-scenes grant research, writing, and management services tailored to each organization’s needs and goals.
Grant awards depend on many factors, including funder priorities, the strength of your programs, competition, and timing. While I cannot guarantee funding, I do offer strategic support to strengthen your proposals, identify aligned opportunities, and position your organization for the best possible chance of success and return on investment.
The timeline can vary widely depending on the funder. Some grants have quick turnaround times (1–3 months), while others—especially larger or government grants—can take 6 months or more from application to award. I help you plan ahead by tracking deadlines, managing timelines, and building a pipeline of opportunities to support your long-term funding goals.
At a minimum, you’ll need clear information about your organization’s mission, programs, impact, and budget. Many funders also require documents like your 501(c)(3) letter (USA) or NPO and PBO certificate (SA), board list, financial statements, and recent grant history. I can help you assess your readiness, gather key materials, and strengthen your case for support.
